One of the things we got on our Hop On Hop Off tour was a voucher for a Thames River Cruise, but it was also included on our The London Experience Tour. We boarded at the Tower Hill pier near the Tower of London. We sat inside since it was cold out and near a little bar where people could order food or coffee. There was outdoor seating, but my cousin and I learned better with our Hop On Hop Off tour. Our original idea of the Thames river cruise was a tour that would be a bit like Chicago’s Seadog, where they explain and give you a tour of the city but from the water. It was more like a water taxi where they went from pier to pier and dropped people off. It would have been a great spot to take photos but the windows were dirty. It was a nice break from the cold and I’m sure there are other cruises that are actually what we were expecting.
