While in Tokyo another friend also happened to be traveling around Japan and in Tokyo so we met up for the day to catch up. We started off having lunch at Kaisen Donya, a small restaurant that had tons of lunch sets and a ton of business men smoking heavily beside us. We had decided on what we were interested in based on the sampuru set up outside but when given the menus just sort of pointed and guessed. I ended up with a cold noodle set that came with tonkatsu. It was really good, around 723 yen (~$7.23) but probably not the best thing to eat before going to the parasite museum.
