Nookies, too is located on 2114 N Halsted St. It is a brunch restaurant. They have a couple restaurants throughout the city. We arrived around 10am and the restaurant began to become packed by 11am. I ordered their special of carrot cake french toast, it had raisins in it that I barely noticed.
My uncle ordered one of their other specials, their lemon poppyseed pancakes that came with a honey bourbon butter.
