The last place I went with my friend in Uijeonbu was a Japanese restaurant for some Donkatsu. I ordered a basic pork cutlet which was 9,000 won.
We were brought out a selection of seeds in a mortar and pestle to grind up and add the special brown donkatsu sauce to. It was a fun way to add a little DIY to the meal. The meal was a set and came with a small salad, rice and soup along with the usual kimchi and pickled radish. It was good however I couldn’t finish it all. My friend ordered their cheese one which is her absolute favorite.
