Now that December is upon us I want to make some goals to end the year. I had a goal (on Goodreads) of reading 40 books this year and I’m 2 books away from meeting that goal. It’s the most I’ve read in a year since moving to Korea.
December’s just begun, and I managed to read 10 books in November (take that TBR bookcase!) and five in October, which is really good since before that I was averaging maybe one or two a month. At this point I’ve got 12 books left from my TBR bookcase to read and 3 months left. So I’m going to shoot for about 4 books a month.
Because I still have classes and am busy and will become busy with the holidays in December I’m going to be gentle with myself and shoot for some of the shorter books.
The School for Good and Evil: A World Without Princes by Soman Chainani and Illustrated by Iacopo Bruno
All the Wrong Questions: “Who could that be at this hour?” By Lemony Snicket and Illustrated by Seth.
