Simply Fresh Cafe & Juice Bar is located at 150 North Michigan Avenue. Located across from Millennium Park this small cafe offers an interesting variety of breakfast and lunch foods from soup and sandwiches to bibimbap (a traditional Korean mixed rice dish. I’m unsure whether or not it’s always there or not since it was premade in little to-go containers with handwritten signs). They also serve frozen yogurt and of course juice. I decided to try one of their juices so I ordered their immune booster juice which was orange, apple, and ginger. It woke up my tastebuds with it’s strong burst of flavor. I liked their healthy options and quiet atmosphere in a bright green and orange decor. It wasn’t very busy, but I was there around the middle of the day.
